A trav\u00e9s de un comunicado, la ITIA explic\u00f3 que la infracci\u00f3n cometida por Roberto Mayt\u00edn, que lleg\u00f3 a ocupar el puesto 86 en el r\u00e1nking de dobles y el 643 en individuales, se produjo en 2017 y 2018.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>En ese periodo, el venezolano, de 32 a\u00f1os, reconoci\u00f3 haber infringido las reglas del programa anticorrupci\u00f3n, que subraya que \u00abninguna persona podr\u00e1, directa o indirectamente, idear o intentar idear el resultado o cualquier otro aspecto de cualquier evento\u00bb ni \u00absolicitar o aceptar dinero, beneficio o contraprestaci\u00f3n con la intenci\u00f3n de influir negativamente en los mejores esfuerzos de un jugador\u00bb.<\/p>\n<div class=\"caas-da\">\n<div id=\"defaultINARTICLE\">Adem\u00e1s, todos los jugadores est\u00e1n en la obligaci\u00f3n de informar si alguien le ofrece o proporciona dinero o alg\u00fan tipo de beneficio o consideraci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>La sanci\u00f3n, de 14 a\u00f1os, est\u00e1 en vigor desde el 29 de marzo de 2021. Adem\u00e1s, fue multado con 100.000 d\u00f3lares.
